Does not work anymore

Ive had this app for awhile, and it used to work about 50% of the time. I assumed it was new and I live in Canada so all the products may not be loaded yet. Over the last 6 months or so, the app hasnt worked at all. Items that used to scan dont anymore. The app freezes all the time and doesnt work for anything. It would be nothing less than amazing if the developers could fix this. It would be such a useful tool for vegans, new and old.
