Doesnt work for me

Am I the only one who cannot get this app to see barcodes? It just sits there and I try to move the package around at different angles and it doesnt work. Today I got it to recognize a barcode but then it said it couldnt find it in the database and it was an Amys product!!! Help! Please fix these bugs! Thanks!
